Following an exciting phase of growth, Birmingham based, coatings specialists Frederick Cooper Birmingham are delighted to announce a HR and Payroll Manager vacancy at our Bordesley Green site.

We have big ambitions for our colleagues and the future of the organisation which include further growth and the roll-out of the new Frederick Cooper (Training) Academy that will support new and existing colleagues to be the best they can be.

Reporting to the Operations Director, this position will suit a hands-on HR generalist with a passion for HR and Payroll, and you will be responsible for daily, end-to-end delivery of HR operations.

You will have a working knowledge of employment law and best practices; as well as experience of working collaboratively with others to achieve success. You will inspire trust and confidence by maintaining strong relationships with our growing internal team and external temporary workforce.
