Frederick Cooper Birmingham Ltd is delighted to announce that its first annual Charity Golf Day, held on 27th September 2024, raised over £7,000 for the Matt Gallagher Foundation, which supports individuals and families affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
The event, hosted at Stratford Park Hotel and Golf Club, saw companies from across the UK manufacturing and engineering sector , come together for a full day of golf, networking and fundraising in support of an important cause.
The £7,202 raised will go directly to the Matt Gallagher Foundation, established by Matt Gallagher and family in October 2023 following Matt’s terminal diagnosis with Motor Neuron Disease. The foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with MND and advancing the search for a cure, and has to date supported around 20 families in the West Midlands, to try and lessen the burden of this cruel disease
